Refund Eligibility

Online Course: Refunds are available only within 7 days of purchase if less than 10% of the course content has been accessed.

1:1 Course: Due to the personalized nature, refunds are generally not available once the session schedule has been confirmed. Exceptions may be made under certain circumstances.

Requesting a Refund

To request a refund, please contact me at designwithmariam@gmail.com with your order details and reason for the request.

Non-Refundable Cases

Course content has been substantially accessed or completed.
Requests made after 7 days from the purchase date for online courses.
Custom or specially priced sessions that are non-refundable.
